Finally, after much feeding, the baby has grown into a full Dino! Dinos can eat almost anything, including things with spikes. In order to do so, they must have very tough stomachs. Yellow Dinos have very long necks, which they use to reach and eat food located high off the ground.

Facing a budget crunch, the Chicago Zoo managers made a few cost-cutting decisions which (taken together) ended in disaster. Multiple species were placed in shared pens, experienced zookeepers were replaced by minimum-wage employees, and the city dropped its (costly) EPA lawsuit against the nearby chemical plant.

As it happened, a hippo and a giraffe were enjoying soaks in the pond when a barrel of toxic waste leaked into their exhibit's water supply. The staff (who were busy playing Wii Bowling in the guard shack) failed to notice the goo-covered pair, and the poor animals eventually melted down and re-assembled into this freakish creature. The only aid available was a set of boots to help its giraffe hooves support the additional weight.

Luckily, the zoo managed to spin the whole thing into a rather profitable exhibit when people incorrectly called the mutant as a "dinosaur". It closes at dusk, though, because the creature's glow-in-the-dark skin is a dead giveaway.
