Among the most elusive of dragon breeds are the Aeon Wyverns, a breed whose innate control over time mana marks them singular and great. They are able to peer into the multi-dimensional plane of time, seeing all that is, all that has been, and all that could be—within a small localized zone. When utilizing particularly strong magic, the black markings carved into an Aeon’s body glow a bright cyan, painting them in an ethereal blue light. In the past, they have been sought after as oracles to bring swift resolutions to major conflicts, but it is in exactly such sorts of times that they are nowhere to be found; rather than influence the outcome, Aeons much prefer to allow the natural order of things to progress, however grim that may be.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Jewels That Are Falling Stars, or Jewels, never thought she would fall in love with any dragon she looked into the future for. The weight of all possible futures is a heavy burden, and seeing one dragon's entire future, from the point she looked to death, is worse. Jewels would often times refuse to look altogether unless a dragon was really desperate for answers.

And then she met Red and White Crown and looked into her future. In it Jewels saw her own life unfolding and she was in love with Crown.

Seeing her future self falling for this dragoness was a deterrent for some time because she didn't want her love to be influenced by the future. But slowly, Jewels grew to care greatly for Crown. Now the two are inseparable. Together they have adopted three daughters: Red and White Fern, Circus Calliope, Read Flute. Hopefully, nothing will ever come between them.
