Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Luzar was picked up randomly by the Castle Master, his egg being the same as one she'd also recently acquired. Therefore, as a hatchling he figured he was nothing special to her, as he had no special ability, and was just another dragon she'd brought in. He was soft-spoken and passive about everything he did. Even as an adult he continues to be hushed, one hardly ever hearing more than a whisper from him.
At night, when Moonstones are out and about, he is found in an open field or soaring just above the trees. Unlike the other Moonstone, Luina, his tail orb hardly glows at all, a hefty crack marring its once beautiful surface. This had happened when he'd just barely began growing feathers, and he'd wandered into the dungeons. Razous, the Ember dragon, had swung his mighty paw down on the stone, breaking its sleek look permanently. This may also be the reason he finds it so hard to approach the other dragons, fearing they might do him harm for a simple mistake.
