Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Separated from his mother and then abandoned, Enigma found the dragon guardian Coyote. Coyote immediately adopted him and took the orphan home. He raised the tiny silver hatchling with the blue eyes as a family member; the awkward long-limbed hatchling grew into elegance, a magnificent representative of his species. Noble bearing and eloquent of tongue, Enigma's shimmering feathers bare hints of red and orange in their azure depths. Due to their close bond while Enigma was a hatchling, the silver is his guardian's familiar and so more connected to Coyote than other dragons. He spends more time with his guardian and the two engage in extensive conversation. For those other dragons under Coyote's care, he watches over them with an aloof air, content with his role.
