Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!
Garland Dragons are a welcome sight in the skies during the holiday season. Their slightly luminous scales shine softly at night or catch the day’s sunbeams as they turn loops and spirals in the sky. They will often drape themselves around tall pine trees or along rooflines, adding a festive note to the winter scenery. Occasionally they drop red mana berries from their garland-like mane, which offer a comforting warmth to those that find them.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
During the Winter of Wishes, the old winter spirits seemed to have returned to Galsreim, with their eggs seen in the wild again. But, as with previous years, there was also a new winter spirit to be seen in the region, and two of those eggs came home to the Breedery as well on the first day of the three-day Winter Festival. Later, the eggs hatched, releasing Advent and her sister Wreath.
Like Wreath, Advent prefers to stay close to her master. Advent hangs around Lurhstaap's personal living spaces whether he's home or not. When he isn't there, Advent drapes herself over the upper spires or the trees just outside his home, dropping berries now and then as she moves. Sometimes dragons or humans make pilgrimages to visit Advent and ask for some of her berries as a tonic for a sick relative or a frostbite victim, or as good luck charms. If the person seems honest, Advent allows them to pick up a few of her fallen berries. If the need is dire, she will pick a fresh berry from her own mane.
