Lumina Dragons received their names from their highly reflective scales, which—at times—seem to glow. They are vain, always strutting about and preening incessantly; if one of their scales has so much as a scratch or a defect, they’ll remove it. Luckily, their scales grow back quickly, and each new growth is more beautiful than the last. These narcissistic dragons live in small groups and prefer to surround themselves with beauty. The females guard their territory and eggs while the males search for vegetation to eat.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This dragon seems to delight in performing great acts of bravery or strength for people, adoring the cheers of joy that he receives from those who bother to come and watch such events. If, however, he feels that he is not getting the attention he deserves during one of his shows, he will stop short and loudly shout the phrase that his name was derived from, arguing that if they came there to be entertained, then that is exactly what they should be. Usually, however, this makes the audience even less entertained than they already were, and they usually leave him to wonder where he ever went wrong.

Little does he know that unnecessary dramatics don't tend to get you very far in life, and that if he doesn't let up with them he might lose even more adoring fans.
