Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon... except for the tangle of dangerous-looking vines surrounding it...

Now there are even more vines. Perhaps something is happening?

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Sine Series has weaving wiggling vines, just like the other hatchlings of his kind.  However he mostly spends his days moving them in a constant wave pattern.  KooshyKoKo noticed this one day, and much to her horror, she realized what it was.  It was the sine wave (or the cosine wave depending on where it was when he wiggles them).  Sine Series knew this as well.  His evil plots to take over the clan, through fear of trigonometry were uncovered.  As punishment, he was frozen.  He still freaks Kooshy out by wiggling waves out behind her and has caused more than a few nightmares.  But he's settled down and accepted life in the clan, for now.
