Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. The truth, however, is that he takes far more after his father--a very simple-minded but earnest fellow--and has neither the patience nor the intellect for dealing with politics. Any who come to jeer at him for his mother's sins are met with a well-timed earthquake, the taunters fleeing shrieking back the way they came while the old green offers up a nonchalant yawn; annoying people make him sleepy.
