Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

White Scar was a playful and curious young creature when she was a hatchling. It was her curiosity that gave her the name White Scar. One cold winter morning, she was playing around the mouth of an old cave when she heard a noise. Naturally she investigated the source. She wandered into the cave to find a sleeping Geode Dragon. She had never seen a dragon like this before. She started playing with the crystals on it's back when it awoke with annoyance. It tried to scare her off but she was persistent. It then decided to knock her out of the cave with it's paw, accidentally cutting her across the back with a massive talon leaving a scar between her wings. Later her name was shortened to WhtScr for writing conveniences.
