Magnesium Amphipteres are a rather violent species. They ruthlessly drive out anything that dares to trespass on their territory, and spend much of their time flying tirelessly in wide circles as they hunt and patrol their space. Often a single individual shows aggression between even its own two heads as they fight for food and control over their body. They are not social and will only come together to mate, after which the two dragons return to their own territory almost instantly. Magnesium Amphipteres are named for their flames: these dragons can breath blindingly bright, powdery flame from both heads.
Two-headed dragons are unique enough to deserve a separate classification from ordinary dragons. They have two necks, two brains, two mouths, but one stomach and one main body. The two heads usually work together, but there are times when they will fight each other, snapping back and forth. Their unique anatomy prevents them from breeding with single-headed dragons.
