Hellhorse Dragons are foul-tempered, spirited creatures with tempestuous and violent dispositions. Torrents of scorching flames erupt from their bodies and can easily set their surroundings ablaze. Highly aggressive and territorial toward other dragon species, Hellhorses will tolerate others as long as they believe the association to be beneficial. Such alliances are tenuous in nature and frequently short-lived, as the slightest disagreement can easily escalate into a full-out brawl.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ever since Storm was laid as an egg his father knew he was different. Charmed by a compelling Hellfire, Storm's father mated her despite concern and disapproval from his herd. No one had ever heard of a Horse dragon and a Hellfire Wyvern pairing before; the Horses were just too family-orientated to get along with them. It didn't surprise anyone when Storm's mother took off without explanation after leaving the egg to first time dad Racer. Storm was a difficult hatchling to say the least. He was soon separated from the other hatchlings after setting an entire field alight as the result of a race. More Hellfire than horse, they would say, even doubting Racer as his biological father. As Storm matured he became profoundly skilled controlling the fire emanating from his body. Storm relishes the reverence and fear the other dragons feel for him and enjoys demonstrating his abilities to nervous onlookers. The only dragon he considers worthy of his love is his patient and forgiving father.
