Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Midnight hour loves to sneak into the lairs of dragons she finds attractive in the middle of the night. Waking the oftentimes diurnal males, she pulls them out, dancing with them through the sky, showing them the beauty of the night. Often when she leaves, the male left behind calls out for "More, more, more!" in her mind until she has gone too far to be reached any longer.
