Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Infero came to her home willingly. After her mother had been slain by an angered male Black Dragon, she fled her old forest home in search of a safe place to live as she matured. She was rather bright for a hatchling, and quickly came across the home in which she has today. However, her first impression wasn't all that great- the first dragon she met there was Evening Haze, and at first, despised him for his race. However, because Haze protected her from others, she soon learned that not all Black Dragons were violent, blood thirsty creatures, and in time, grew to befriend him and Rebirth. She sees Rebirth as a motherly figure, and even as an adult, still holds the same affection for the older female than any other dragon.
