Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Viglione is one of the Royal Blues who don't really care about joining the prestigious Moonsilver Artists' Association but just enjoy making his music. He has mastered several instruments but always preferred to express himself through percussions. Viglione also loves to play dress up, paint his face in strange colours or do other unconventional stuff whenever he feels like it.

His closest friends in the clan are Night, who enjoys dressing up as much as himself, and Amanda -bleep- Palmer with whom he makes wonderfully inventive and interesting music, that is if that darn Brimstone hatchie isn't interrupting them.
