Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Inkheart is a lady's man. While he spends the majority of his time chasing after insects to sate his hunger, he almost always is enjoying the company of a female once he's not hungry anymore. The other male dragons of the Thalmorian-Clan are often hostile, distant and even downright disrespectful towards him, while the females seem to greatly enjoy his company and seek it out on their own. However, while the popular belief is that Inkheart only spends time with the females to mate with them, he actually simply gets along better with females than he does with other males. It's true that he isn't really looking for a mate. It's also true that he enjoys flirting and wouldn't mind to have multiple "families" one day, but he would never destroy an already existing couple. Maybe if the female were unhappy with her current mate, but Inkheart would never try to steal a happily mated female's heart... especially not if that love had already led to cute, little hatchlings.
