Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Oddly enough, it has two heads that seem to enjoy playing with each other.

Its color appears to have changed, and it is now one solid color!

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

A mysterious, melancholy little dragon, this creature has a highly unusual voice--one with a soft, echoing pitch that has a wonderful tendency to attract other mythical beasts in his direction. Unfortunately for the hatchling, however, a nasty old sorcerer learned of his abilities and cast a freezing spell on him to ensure his magical voice would never change. Said grouch then spirited the dragon away and popped him in a cage, planning to use him to lure in monsters whose bits and pieces he could use in his potions. Of course, the hatchling isn't at all happy with this arrangement and is steadily gnawing the bars of his prison off...
