White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Dian derives from the name of a Celtic healing god, while Ailbhe means "white king". This male acts as the pack's magical healer. While his mate is specialized in healing plants, he's the one proficient in curative magic. If an illness or wound is so severe that it cannot be cured by medicine, but would be fatal, it's his spells that can save a dragon's live. He is also a very merciful dragon, being known for even healing wounded animals.
