Finally, after much feeding, the baby has grown into a full Dino! Dinos can eat almost anything, including things with spikes. In order to do so, they must have very tough stomachs. Yellow Dinos have very long necks, which they use to reach and eat food located high off the ground.

HardHat is quite the Dino. All the dragons think he's a bit idiosyncratic, but he never listens. HardHat can be an annoyance, too, due to the fact that he is an early riser, and in the mornings, far before anyone wakes, he will walk around the cave and squeak his shiny boots. HardHat is certainly clueless in many ways, but he has his smarts, especially when it comes to anything yellow. He has memorized more than two hundred facts about the sun, and he has read every single yellow book he can find. Maybe this gives him all the more of a reason to be labelled odd, however, the fact that he doesn't understand the meaning of odd just makes him even more lucky.
