Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Jazhar is very peaceful for an Earth dragon. She in fact, wasn't brought up by dragons at all. Monks in the serene valleys of northern China found her as an egg. Eventually, she hatched, and the monks continued to care for her until she matured. She is returning the favor by guarding the monks for one hundred years. Though she enjoys the monks, she silently counts down the decades to freedom.
