Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has two tails!

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

StormSwallowtail is a young Swallowtail Dragon hatchling, she hatched just a day ago. She doesn't mentally talk very well, but she can convey her message which is usually is food. StormSwallowtail was a little unsteady on her legs, but she doesn't fall down often anymore. She likes to play with her two tails, while laying on her back. It is very cute.
