Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sugoitatsu is Japanese for amazing dragon. He looks up to his older brother, Kurokishi, due to his own lack of power, in comparison to his brother that is. Sugoitatsu strives to be a great warrior just like his brother. He challenges other dragons often to practice so the he can get stronger. Sugoitatsu is kind-hearted and a very sweet-tempered, level-headed dragon. He really loves to hunt, especially when his brother gives him new tips on what to do  how to hunt. Young dragons look up to Sugoitatsu because he's so hard-working and well focused. He stays calm, cool, and collected, no matter what his situation may be.
