Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
This vampire deems hunting for prey to be beneath his dignity (read: he is too slow, but don't say that to his face), so he started offering a very special service: Death Support. It is like life support, only instead of keeping eggs from dying it keeps them from being bitten by vampires. They can't bite an egg that has already been bitten, after all. He even removed one letter from his name, to make it sound less threatening. None of this makes a lot of sense, but there is a surprisingly high number of parents who'd do anything if they think it helps to keep their offspring safe—even if it means handing them over to an undead fiend. He prides himself on biting eggs only with clean teeth, and in what he considers to be a gentle, non-frightening and professional manner.
