Welcome to Dragon Cave! Dragon Cave is an online adoptables game. Collect eggs, raise them to adulthood, and then breed them to create interesting lineages. New dragons are added regularly!

Deep Sea Dragons, as their name suggests, spend most of their time in the darkest depths of the sea. They have a bioluminescent dorsal spine that serves to attract prey and communicate with their own kind. As with many deep sea animals, they generally eat whatever they can manage to bait. They rarely leave the ocean floor, surfacing only during breeding season. When they do choose to travel to the shallower depths, they avoid bright lights and will only come up far away from shore.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
Renn the Saved One is a very, very special dragon. Indeed, he was marked for death from the moment he hatched. His owner wanted to zombify him on Halloween. But, alas, something happened to prevent that. And although some think of it as mere coincidence, Renn believes it is a miracle.
The exact facts are unknown, and many rumors abound of how it happened, but it is said that on the evening of Renn's supposed execution, his owner attempted to slaughter him, only to watch as his blade shattered upon contact with Renn's scales. The owner went back to get a new knife, but Renn had already, miraculously broke through his chains and ran away, gasping for air, back into the water. He traveled for many days and nights over what seemed to be an endless ocean, until finally he reached the coastline of an unfamiliar land, where he was taken in by his current clan. Renn was, and still is, often an object of fascination and awe, but he'd rather live a quiet life in the river that he now calls home.
