Radiant Angel Dragons are known for their intuition—they always seem to know when someone is feeling down, and will do what they can to provide cheer. These dragons are curious and will poke their noses into anything. They communicate with one another by making sounds similar to singing. It is said that the golden feathers shed from their whiskers can rekindle lost feelings of love.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Metatron and his brother Sandalphon are the Breedery's only two wild-bred Radiant Angels. Dignified and a little aloof, Metatron cares a lot about order and civilization. He does not view himself as living in captivity, but rather, as one of the pre-eminent citizens of a great draconic city-state. Lurhstaap is not a master, but a ruler to whom he owes fealty. Metatron does not like dragons who complain about being taken from the wild and will often speak up to extol the wonders of domestic life (art, reason, order, et cetera) and denigrate those who would 'waste their draconic birthright living like brute, stupid beasts.' When he gets going, Metatron has a sharp tongue and doesn't even try to control it or to spare others the brunt of his contempt. Despite that, he means well, and tries to act as a sort of diplomat for the other dragons. Those who are afraid, unwilling, or unable to approach Lurhstaap themselves will often ask Metatron to speak to the Breedery-Master on their behalf.
