Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It doesn’t move much, and appears to be covered in stone.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

With green peridot for eyes and white marble for her feet, Cyan could only be called precious. Due to her small size, she is often found in her keeper's library as a provisional, if highly decorative, paperweight. She rarely wakes, though, and sometimes finds herself misplaced by visiting adventurers. It is a wonder that she hasn't been stolen.
