Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Faraechia is a very mellow, if blunt, dragoness, who has just enough patience to put up with her 'mate', Valour'Luce, when he's swinging from female to female. She knows full well that if it hadn't been for him, she would have most likely died or been frozen, but seeing as Luce has used all his gratitude cards from that already...

Farae is a proud, honorable female, and she has never tried anything with anybody but Luce. She can be a little bit vindictive and judgmental, but that's just the way her mind works. Faraechia will never look a gift horse in the mouth, and she's remarkably shrewd. She's good at keeping things tied down and is a very down-to-earth female with simple desires and no need for anything more.
