Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

An old member of the Clan of Negativity, Bothered always finds the time to voice his opinions because he seems to be bothered with everything. He critiques the way dragons fly, the way they eat, the way their nests are constructed, and so on. Bothered sought refuge in the Clan of Negativity because he realized that all the other dragons of the cave had started to avoid him and his constant whining about everything. Now, Bothered continues with his constant complaining. However, now he only has the other negative clan members to complain about. They accept him simply because they can recognize his habit and respect him for what he is. In the clan, he fits in as a member of the community and spars and feasts with the others as family.
