Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It occasionally shoots small puffs of smoke from its nose, like it’s trying to breathe fire.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Unwanted Inbred is just that, unwanted and inbred. She was born from long lined parents that were badly inbred for the sheer sake of trying to get yet another metal only to be tossed out in the cold of winter to die since she was nothing more than a lowly red dragon. Wandering around she has only managed to find safety for fleeting moments before being kicked out again after her heritage was discovered. Even as a hatchling she was continually abandoned, shooed away and tied alone to trees at night as master after master left her to die. Sitting alone in the night in complete despair she waited as her death grew ever nearer. Just as all hopes seemed lost she found herself picked up and her time magically stopped saving her life. She now lives with many dragons in a cave still alone and never truly accepted.
