Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Whipflyte, Flyrinah's mate, soars through the air. He is different from his mate, for her is not as teasing and as easygoing as she, but, instead, he is full of pride and is very serious when it comes to his flight skills. He uses his long tail, because of which he is infamous for, and keeps order around his Mistress's territories, or what he believes is her's. He is stubborn, adventurous, and prideful, but is the perfect mate for Flyrinah, as any can see when her flies to her each night in the way her treats her, and the way she accepts him.
