Sunrise Dragons are closely related to sunset dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunrise Dragons prefer to live in large groups and enjoy basking in the early morning sun. They are usually most active in the morning, and go to sleep in the early evening.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Faranath Noon has always been and still is a loyal follower of Uzarah Malflame, but not for the reasons Uzarah believes. Faranath was always more attracted to female dragons than male, and fell in love with Uzarah, but could never figure out how to tell her. Then Uzarah commanded her to become the mate of Loki Eventide. Although devastated, Faranath complied, and had many children to Loki.

When he left both her and Uzarah's command, Faranath was actually relieved. She still has a close bond with Uzarah, but told her that she was too devastated by Loki's betrayal to ever take another mate. This allowed Faranath to remain at Uzarah's side, even if just as a friend. And for Faranath, that is enough for now.
