White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Lenimen's egg was found abandoned by the human girl Flight while she was hiking up to her friend and fellow Dragon caretaker, Ember Nuria, who lives above in the tallest Mountain of Elgar. As a hatchling, Lenimen spent much of his time helping Flight and the Magi dragon, Avedyr of Elgar, take care of his other hatchling "siblings". Both he and Avedyr grew a special bond, as the two have similar powers involving magic. Taking Lenimen as an apprentice, Avedyr trained the young hatchling in the ways of healing magic and would send him with Flight and Curyn, Lenimen's horse dragon brother, on their trips to Ember's cave. Meanwhile he constantly practiced his healing magic and was a help in many occasions when a healer was needed. During the times that Avedyr is patrolling the Mountains of Elgar, Lenimen remains with Flight, caring for the eggs and hatchlings that become his new brothers and sisters. Lenimen now lives in a small cave just above Flight's, still learning more powerful magic.
