Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Pyrarson likes to play with fire. Alot. She likes to follow little fireflies, hoping they'll spark into something bigger one day. She stares into fireplaces and, upon noticing an unlit one, will beg that one be started soon. The Red always sleeps with droves of candles lit and their lights dancing about her den. Just be careful not to remind her she can breathe fire.

Once, when she was still young, she ran about, blowing puffs of smoke, until with a spark her mouth was sent ablaze, streams of fire baking everything in sight. This excited her back then, even more then it does now, and she continued to bake everything until it was black. Then, a few of her nestmates came and put out the fires, telling her she shouldn't play with it anymore and Reds aren't supposed to do that. Little Pyrarson had thought they meant Reds weren't supposed to breathe fire.
