It’s an undead baby dragon, produced by a failed magical spell. It probably would be cute if it weren’t partially decayed.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Zombified Princess is very shy and nervous. Once one gets her to open up, though, she's somewhat fun to be around. She is the pride and joy of Inverse. Constant care from Inverse has slightly diminished the violent, hellish aura of this creature. Being just a hatchling, Zombified Princess is easily influenced by others' actions. She only comes out at night, night being the only time she feels safe. Any other time, she will try to kill whoever tries to coax her out of her den. Her den is very misty and dangerous, so any other creatures don't dare to try and go in. Those who do learn an important lesson.
