Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Therenask is a black dragon, son of Thundarius the gray dragon. As such, he is an above-average warrior, will never have to fear the weather, and can cast storm-related magic with ease. He is a hard worker, and appreciates manual labor, but he is stumped by many mental activities. These include reading, writing and mathematics, which he has achieved only a mediocre grasp of, at best. They are not to his taste, and he avoids them to what extent is possible. He prefers to improve his home through more direct means, and works at tasks for hours on end.

Therenask is also married to the purple dragon Saehana, and they enjoy a happy life together in one of the upper levels of the cave, open to fresh air and with a wonderful view of Tsalemar lake, where water dragons will hold conversations with them. The two hold long talks overlooking the resplendent, glowing lake, marking the few times Therenask dips into philosophy. These sunsets are, he would acknowledge, the best moments.
