Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Holiday Banner has a personality that suits him well. He enjoys a good joke, some fine food, and being around his family. He's also, arguably, the second most powerful dragon in the entire clan. His mate, Karane is the matriarch of the most influential family; the clan is practically royalty. Luckily for him, he doesn't have to do any of the managing. He gets to spend his time with his many kids, whom he all loves equally (although he does tend to pamper his oldest, Ymir, and he tends to spend lots of time with Annie, who is wildfire in the form of a dragon). He is more sly than he is given credit for, however. He can manage his family without them even noticing. He's even on great terms with his previous mate- they are practically best friends. All in all, what everyone can agree on is Karane and Holiday Banner are very, very happy.
