Flamingo Wyverns are so named for their resemblance to the tropical birds with whom they often share territory. Their most striking feature is the bony black crest over their faces and snouts, larger in males, aiding both in digging up food and protection when fighting for mates. Males are duller in color than females due to their habit of wandering from nest to nest and picking from less algae-rich feeding grounds.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Spreading his black-tipped wings and taking to the sky, Bloodterr gives an illusion of a murderous beast with his spiky horns and teeth, claws, and eye-ridges permanently in an angry position. However, he does not live a life of homicide. Bloodterr only kills when he needs food, and rarely is that food a human.
The only accounts he can recall of taking the life of a human is when the two-leggeds came to attack him, to drive him out of his onyx-moonstone cave, filled with treasures beyond belief, from hundreds of years of hoarding, stealing, and offerings for peace from the more dragon-respecting types in the nearby villages.
During Bloodterr's first years of maturity, he used his fierce looks to his advantage, scaring kings, queens, princesses and princes away, and looted several of their castles to feed his golden addiction.
Bloodterr growls and bares his teeth at any unknown dragon in his territory, as he is the possessive, greedy, and defensive type.
