White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The elder of the scroll, Skaihlar has long since retired from many of the antics of the younger dragons.  The older female mainly keeps to herself but has been known to say vague and confusing things that nobody realizes the meaning of until after they happened, only then recognizing them as a prophecy.  Skaihlar thinks very little of the Royal Scroll Family and will have nothing to do with scroll politics.  Passing her time by pretending to be confused in demented when she is still rather sharp, Skaihlar allows her direct children and their descendants to care for her.
