Stone Dragons have a tough outer covering made of a stone-like material. They eat rocks, using the minerals they contain for nourishment and to keep up their stone outer shell. They rarely move, and are the heaviest of all types of dragons. Although they have wings, indicating flight ability, no one has ever seen a stone dragon flying.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Stone dragons may be the heaviest and, perhaps, the most immobile of all dragons, but they are not lazy. Tochi, despite the characteristics of his breed always strives to help others whenever he can. One of his greatest talents is the fact that, due to his size, he can withstand even the strongest hurricane force winds. Making him a moving shelter for any animals, or people, who are in need of protection from nature's fury. Tochi does not mind when other beings seek the cover of his wings. He is more than happy to share his natural resistance to the forces of nature if it means saving a life.

A favorite activity of Tochi's is sleeping out in the rain. The feel of water, only in small amounts, mind you, splashing against his tough scales is a refreshing change from the rough stones and dirt that Tochi is accustomed to. He's quick to act when others need him, but slow to speak if someone is speaking to him. He is not unintelligent, but rather careful that his words do not offend others.
