Striped Dragons come in a dazzling array of colors complemented by an intricate pattern of stripes. These bright colors and patterns help attract their favorite food, insects. Because their prey is so tiny, striped dragons must spend a large portion of their day eating. The color of the offspring is usually determined by the dragon’s mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. BlackEntropyStripes is a well-loved Black Striped Dragon. She is head-over-heels in love with her mate, RomanticStripeDreamer, a Blue Striped Dragon. She couldn't be more happy. Her mate is devoted and always doing romantic things for her. BlackEntropyStripes often wakes up to find that her mate has left her breakfast; she sometimes turns around to find her mate there holding a bouquet of flowers. The two like to take long romantic walks on the beach, and then spend time together talking under a full moon.
