Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its eyes glow brightly at night, and it enjoys attacking insects and small animals.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Kharaiah is a kind little girl. She is close friends with The Only Good One. They spend all their time together, playing games and watching the adult dragons work. She has, unlike any other black dragon, has absolutely no magic powers. However,  she is fascinated with magnetism, and had rolled into a pile of iron flecks after she first hatched, which is probably the reason she lost her powers.
