Yellow-Crowned Dragons are found in the hottest, driest regions of the desert. Although they thrive in these conditions, they do very poorly in cold or humid climates. These dragons are very fast fliers and skilled hunters, and usually feed on small, quick desert antelope. Yellow-Crowned Dragons are diurnal, and spend the night in underground burrows they dig or steal from other creatures. They are often seen out sunning themselves in the early morning sun, waiting for the heat of the day to set in.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Zaxar Zero Zebras is considered quite the master of hunting among those who know her. Although she inhabits a very sparsely populated region, her fellow clanmates often envy her ridiculously amazing hunting and tracking skills. She is capable of stalking and hunting down her prey—desert antelopes—faster than anyone else for a good distance around. However, despite her prowess, she seems constantly unsatisfied with herself. Her rather cryptic reason is that "Zaxar's got zero zebras", apparently meaning that unless she's got zebras to hunt and eat, she will forever be unhappy with her life. Further inquiry will result in a very disheartened rant about how no matter how fast, or sleek, or stealthy she is, she will never be able to spot zebras before they zoom off, leaving her only with desert antelope to rip to shreds and devour. Yet ultimately, this unfortunate dilemma is perhaps a natural consequence of the fact that, well, she lives in the middle of a desert.
