Golden Wyverns are known for their beautiful metallic scales and rumored magical abilities. Living high in the mountains, these dragons do not believe in killing for sport or pleasure. They will hunt only when hungry and defend themselves when provoked, but will avoid killing to the best of their abilities. Golden Wyverns often mingle with other dragons of similar color and take pride in their shimmering hide.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This dragon's love of life is surpassed only by her love of coffee. Sassy, energetic, affectionate--how this dragon manages to keep her vitality in check enough to stay behind the cafe counter all day is a mystery, but do it she does. Growing and brewing some of the finest coffees in her country, her gold-hued mixes are unforgettable, and attract nearly as many customers as does her sociable personality. However, she's not all craziness and caffeine; she's got a gentle heart, and will go far out of her way to help those in need. Perhaps that's why she took an interest in the broken-hearted Ridgewing who so often frequented her bar, but even that doesn't explain why she's started going on long flights through the sunset with him... Perhaps something even warmer than coffee is beginning to brew.
