Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Gandalf Greyhame is the name taken by the archmage of the Order of Summer Magi Dragons of the JavaTiger Clan. Among the founders of the Order, created to further the learning and use of magic, it is an ancient tradition to take the name of some great mage or elvish being from lore. Like his namesake, the leader of the Magi is wise, though he isn't around as often as those who want to ask for help might like him to be. He is a wanderer and it isn't odd if he goes off by himself to perfect his abilities. Still, when he is among the clan, he does all he can to help his friends. Depending on who one listens to, this particular magi is either a great help or a great meddler or perhaps even a bit of both. Part of this is that he believes that there are valuable lessons to be gained from adventures. The other part-the truth is they make a great story! More than one dragon has gone off on a quest after listening to his words, though he is always there to help them if they find real trouble.
