Copper Dragons are masters of stealth, slipping silently and swiftly through the forests and jungles where they live. Often hunting in groups, their prey rarely know they are being stalked until the dragon’s at their throat. In the air they are agile and skilled. Copper Dragons prize family groups, spending large amounts of time teaching their young skills. So great is their love of life and family that they will sometimes adopt orphaned dragons of other breeds to raise.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Wise, patient, and kindly, this female's love of life extends far beyond caring simply for orphaned dragons. Adopting young humans, goblins, and satyrs alike, she treats all with the same love she gives her own children, raising them up to be gentle and honorable adults. Perhaps even more remarkable, however, is that she takes in injured and discarded animals as well, something even the kindliest of coppers usually view as no more than a free meal. Ravens in particular are a favorite of hers, and while most of the beasts she saves go right back into the wild once they're better, the big black birds usually hang around, sometimes even perching contentedly on their foster mother's horns as she goes about her work. When not busy with her children and her animals (which doesn't happen often), she enjoys flying through the starry skies with her mate and reading any tomes she can get her claws on.
