Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.
User Description
Codex the Guide has every single library rule written in ink somewhere on his body. He enforces all of the rules very strongly, despite being small and rather fragile. Codex might not be able to stop a red dragon from crisping pages, but he knows just which librarian to summon for backup.
