White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Lia, like all white dragons, likes to care for other dragons, particularly those in the Draconic Revolution, and can be quite protective of her charges. Although she's too much of a pacifist to actually cause permanent harm, she has made a point of knowing the pressure points required to incapacitate any threat that might endanger her patients.

Although a truly kind dragon at heart, time spent among the others has developed a small amount of savage joy in her when it comes to scaring the uninitiated off their lands, a skill she has practiced quite heavily upon Dragon Writer— much like the skill of batting one's eyelashes to get out of trouble.
