Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sajuuk-Khar, the male Silver Dragon offspring of S'jet and Makaan. Not as old as his father, he doesn't know as much as the world around him, so he is naturally very curious. Against the wishes of his father, he joins S'jet at times to explore the world and learn more about the creatures that inhabit it. He quickly befriends the tamer, eager to hear a human's stories and point of view about the world. When he learns about the danger that the two warring dragons and their followers pose, he struggles between following his heart and aiding the few against them or obeying his father's orders and avoid being involved in the war.
