This hatchling could hardly be considered cute.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

DarkGypsyMarrow is a Black Marrow Dragon hatchling, and she certainly isn't very cute to the eye. But to her mother, she is adorable. Her mother DarkFieryMarrow is somewhat reclusive, but DarkGypsyMarrow likes to be around other hatchlings. At first, other species of hatchlings were scared of her for her scary appearance, but now she fits right in. She doesn't have too bad a temper right now, but it will surely get worse as she grows up.
