Nocturne Dragons are a strange breed. Whenever light strikes their bodies, they are frozen in whatever position they were in. This leaves them vulnerable and they rely on camouflage to keep themselves safe. They are often mistaken for statues when in this frozen state, but Nocturne dragons do not actually turn into stone. Rather, they merely idle until the sun goes down. At night, these dragons come to life, proving themselves to be powerful fliers, although little else is known about their true behavior.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Achilles is greatly known for his jealously towards the Sunrise dragons,
a species famous for their love of the sun.
Achilles on the other hand cannot enjoy such pleasures, being a Nocturne dragon he is forced to become immobilized at the slightest touch of natural light upon his scales.
With such an unwanted ability, he has chosen to live in England, nearby castles and structures where he may position himself to disguise as a gargoyle during the day.
Within the short hours of the night he seeks food and hardly has the time to find a mate.
His diet basically consists of anything he can find, from scraps off the streets to livestock, neither being able to completely satisfy his hunger.
Achilles appears to have a rather spiteful nature, but truly he is just lonely since he has not crossed paths with another of his species for many years and is
incredibly envious of the freedom other dragon species have.
