User Description
Rex Banner is an agent of the United Caves Treasury. Sent to Springcave to enforce the local prohibition laws, he was made the chief of the local police force, replacing former chief Clancy Wiggum. Rex Banner chases a mysterious bootlegger, nicknamed the 'Beer Baron'. Failing just like his predecessor, Rex Banner shows signs of a nervous breakdown. He even stops passers-by on the roads, asking them if they are the Beer Baron, arresting anyone who displays the tiniest suspicious behavior.
